July Hike: Eco-Somatic Expressive Arts
Join us for an Eco-Somatic expressive arts experience at Bothe State Park with Somatic Movement Therapist Dr. Rhea Komarek, DC, RSME/T. You will be guided to move, draw, and write in response to creative prompts designed for people brand new to the somatic expressive arts.
These guided prompts are designed to help augment your unique reciprocal relationship with the park, while also getting to enjoy the collective creative surprises that will emerge through shared imagery and poetry. You will walk away with creative insights ready to support you in your life.
This experience will take place along Ritchey Creek within a 2 mile out and back walk. Please plan to bring a journal, pen, your drawing supplies, and the playful courage to try something new.
